Dr. Christopher Atwood receives the 2022 Charles Ludwig Distinguished Teaching Award

The Student Committee on Undergraduate Education and the College Alumni Society have awarded the 2022 Charles Ludwig Prize for Distinguished Teaching to Christopher P. Atwood, Chair and Professor of Mongolian and Chinese Frontier and Ethnic History. The Ludwig Prize, created by the College Alumni Society in memory of their long-time president,  “recognizes a School of Arts and Sciences standing faculty member who has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the engagement of students as active and interactive participants in the learning process.”
